Return Policy for LeashLuxe
1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from LeashLuxe. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a refund, store credit, or exchange within [10] days from the date of purchase. Please follow the guidelines below for a smooth return process.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Items that are not eligible for return include:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Gift cards.
- Perishable goods.
3. Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at admin@zoto-enterprises.com within 10 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package you are returning.
- Ship the item(s) to our return address, which will be provided to you by our customer support team.
- Include a copy of your original packing slip or order confirmation email inside the package.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received is defective or the result of our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 30 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as soon as possible.
